Experience:

  • Allison’s background is in hospital chaplaincy and pastoral care. Allison began her career with clinical pastoral education; with a residency at Texas Health Huguley Hospital, and clinical work at Seton Williamson Hospital, Dell Children’s Medical Center, and University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin, Texas.

  • Allison has also served in pastoral positions with church congregations in Texas and Washington State.

  • Allison remains connected to industry best practices and leadership development as an adjunct university professor in the area of pastoral care and clinical chaplaincy. 

    Inspiration:

    • Allison originally did an undergraduate degree in history, believing that stories are a guiding light to help explain our past, as well help us imagine our possibilities. Whether serving as a care-provider in a clinical, congregational, or corporate settings, the goal is always to find shared-meaning and common ground through listening, learning, and collaborative curiosity.
