  • Jeanine has over 25 years of HR experience in multiple industries including: medical device, pharmaceutical, R&D, engineering, banking, broadcasting, call centers, hospitality, consulting, information systems, warehouse and manufacturing, healthcare, and utilities.
  • She is highly experienced in all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment and placement, organizational development, training, and strategic planning.
  • She has developed or worked with succession planning processes, conducted culture initiatives, needs assessments, and developed performance/reward programs.

Community Engagement:

  • An active member of SHRM, Jeanine has held various leadership roles within the Salt Lake chapter and at the Utah state level.
  • Jeanine has taught a broad array of HR courses for many years, online and in-person, for Weber State University, Westminster University, University of Utah, and Utah State University.
