Experience:

  • Debbie has been an HR professional for several decades, including for 8 years at the Employers Council. 
  • Since 1995, she has also been an HR consultant, advising companies on policies and compliance; training workforces; and coaching employees to improve performance, effectively navigate conflict, and build interpersonal skills.

Community Engagement:

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, Board Member.

Inspiration:

  • Debbie sees partnering with Shaunda and Jeanine as a meaningful way to help more organizations and their employees navigate complex interpersonal and professional issues. She particularly enjoys coaching employees in how they can support their employer’s business goals, for both their and the organization’s success.
  • Debbie is passionate about helping companies strengthen their employees’ capabilities, improve engagement and retention, and achieve their short- and long-term organizational goals, particularly during times of growth and transition.
