Experience:

• For over a decade, Shaunda practiced law at firms in Utah, focusing on employment and business disputes for companies of all sizes.
• She has litigated cases in both state and federal courts, represented employers before the Utah Labor Commission and the EEOC, and advocated for clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
• Shaunda conducted internal investigations in response to employee complaints and advised HR professionals on compliance issues and best practices.
• From 2020 to 2024, she was a partner at Clyde Snow & Sessions.
• From 2012-2013, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Christine Durham, Utah Supreme Court.

Community Engagement:

• Shaunda currently serves as Vice President of the Labor & Employment Section of the Utah State Bar.
• She has a long-standing commitment to access to justice, volunteering with brief advice clinics throughout her career—including, most recently, the Lawyer of the Day program through the Utah Courts’ Self-Help Center.

Inspiration:

• Shaunda was inspired to start Accord Solutions Group after witnessing the value of integrating legal expertise with proactive conflict resolution strategies.
• Introduced to Debbie Stone by a colleague, Shaunda quickly recognized the contributions Debbie could offer her clients and began dreaming up Accord Solutions Group, along with Debbie and Jeanine Wilson.
